注目すべきは、僕も大好きなSOUL 4 REAL Recordsのオーナー、Alex Subinasのインタビューが掲載されていることです。彼のソウル・ミュージックに対する深い愛情に大きな感銘を受けました。素晴らしい仕事をしてくださったインタビュアーの高橋誠akaティ―チャーさんには大感謝です。僕は、SOUL 4 REAL RecordsがリリースしたDan Pennのシングル（テストプレス）をAlexから直接購入したことがあります。その際にAlexが興行したDanのコンサートのプログラムを同封してくれました。サービス精神の旺盛なAlexの人柄がわかるエピソードです。

The latest issue of BLUES & SOUL RECORDS features a special on 45rpm records.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading it while saying to myself, “I have this one,” or “I don’t have that one.”

What stands out in this issue is an interview with Alex Subinas, the owner of SOUL 4 REAL Records, a label I absolutely love. I was deeply moved by his profound passion for soul music. I’m incredibly grateful to the interviewer, Makoto Takahashi, a.k.a. Teacher, for doing such an excellent job.

I once purchased a Dan Penn single (a test pressing) released by SOUL 4 REAL Records directly from Alex. At that time, he included a program from a Dan Penn concert he had organized. This thoughtful gesture is a testament to Alex’s generous and kind personality.
